The Oasis Health top of the line sports and recreation complex is the fully appointed Men's and Women's area, complete Gymnasium, Aerobic Class, Jacuzzi, Steam room, Sauna, Whirlpools and well as Massage/Treatment rooms with fully qualified staff.

After the game or during your workout, refresh yourself with a cool, wholesome drink at the Oasis Lounge. For those wishing to enjoy a healthy meal while relaxing in the greenery of our gardens, the poolside restaurant serves a wide variety of cuisines to meet every taste.
